Location: Kadubesanhalli Main Road, Near Vishal Mega Mart Business: Poha Stop – Freshly Made Poha & Tea Centre Position: Cook / Counter Executive Timing: Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM Lunch Break: 1:00 PM – 3:30 PM Evening Shift: 3:30 PM – 9:30 PM --- 🧑‍🍳 Role Overview We are looking for a reliable and skilled Cook who can prepare delicious, consistent Poha and handle customers with a friendly attitude. This role involves both cooking and basic counter management, ensuring smooth daily operations at Poha Stop. --- ✨ Key Responsibilities Prepare fresh, tasty, high-quality Poha throughout the day. Maintain consistency in taste, portion size, and cleanliness. Greet customers and take orders politely. Handle basic selling, promote add-ons like tea, and upsell politely when needed. Ensure fast and efficient service even during rush hours. Maintain kitchen hygiene, clean utensils, and overall shop cleanliness. Manage stock of raw materials and inform the owner if anything is low. Handle cash/UPI payments accurately (if required). Maintain discipline, punctuality, and a positive attitude. --- 🛠️ Skills & Requirements Experience in making Poha or similar breakfast items (preferred). Should be punctual, trustworthy, and clean in work habits. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Ability to work under pressure during peak hours. Basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards.
