📝 Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Indian Cook with expertise in preparing authentic Indian dishes, including curries, tandoor, breads, and regional specialties. The candidate must ensure high standards of taste, hygiene, and presentation while managing kitchen operations effectively. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes (North Indian, South Indian, Tandoor, etc.). Plan daily menus and ensure timely preparation of meals. Maintain proper hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards in the kitchen. Monitor ingredient quality, stock levels, and kitchen supplies. Work with kitchen helpers/assistants to maintain smooth workflow. Ensure consistent taste, portion control, and food presentation. Follow dietary requirements or special instructions for customers. Maintain cleanliness of cooking equipment and workstations. ✅ Requirements: Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass (Culinary diploma/certification preferred). 2–5 years of experience as an Indian cook in hotels, restaurants, or catering. Proficiency in preparing multiple regional Indian cuisines. Knowledge of food safety standards (FSSAI guidelines). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders.
