General Requirements

• Education: Any graduate; MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred
• Experience: 0–5 years depending on the role (freshers welcome in some categories)

Role-Specific Responsibilities

1. Client Servicing Executive

• Retain and renew existing clients
• Upsell services and maximize revenue
• Act as a consultant to clients, offering tailored solutions
• Ensure smooth service delivery and customer delight

2. Sales Executive (Field or Inside Sales)

• Generate leads and identify decision-makers
• Deliver product demos and sales presentations
• Follow up systematically to close deals
• Collect payments as per company terms
• Skills in B2B marketing, direct client interaction, and corporate sales

3. Category Executive

• Manage product categories to improve buyer-seller matchmaking
• Conduct primary and secondary research
• Define product attributes and improve catalogue quality
• Enhance buyer experience by optimizing platform interactions
