Job Role
Handle inbound & outbound (B2B/B2C) calls.
Perform telemarketing, lead generation, appointment setting & surveys.
Provide customer support via calls, email & chat.
Achieve and exceed performance targets.
Requirements
1–5+ years of international call center experience.
Excellent English communication skills.
Age below 40.
Must have own laptop & stable broadband.
Proven telemarketing/customer support skills.
Salary & Benefits
₹20,000 – ₹70,000(Based on experience).
Performance-based incentives.
Work From Home flexibility.
