India Sales Manager

As a Sales Representative, your role will involve focusing on securing new business through skilled prospecting, follow-up, networking, and cold calling while also serving an existing account base. Your key responsibilities will include: - Cold calling prospects generated by external lead sources. - Handling the Domestic Market. - Identifying decision makers within targeted leads to initiate the sales process. - Collaborating with Sales Supervisor and Account Managers to determine necessary strategic sales approaches. - Maintaining and expanding the company's prospect database. - Ensuring follow-up by passing leads to Account Managers with specific action items, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc. - Making outbound follow-up calls to existing customers via telephone and email. - Overcoming objections of prospective customers. - Emphasizing product/service features and benefits, quoting prices, and providing Live Demos to potential prospects. Your skills and educational requirements for this role include: - Consultative selling skills. - Strong understanding of technical capabilities such as SEO and SEM. - Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. - Creative problem-solving skills. - Ability to negotiate conflicts. - Ability to focus on specific sales and profit goals. - Willingness to work extended hours as needed. - High School degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred.,
