Highly unreliable. IIFL does not care about its customers at all. I have had terrible experience to a point where they stopped responding to my calls because they could not deliver the paperwork on time.

Very bad service at ur Ahmedabad, prahlad nagar branch. We have to waiting minimum 2 to 3 hours for our home loan Payment n inquire. This is one type punishment giving from you to your clients. You have no value for our valuable time. I repeat hate ur service.
