customer service is very low level. Nobody listen your voice. DO shoting, no body will listen. No proper guidance from company employee, if you are new in market. Even problem of App also no guided properlu.

First bank offer loan interest rate according to market then after 1 year they hike and say RBI increases its repo rate. When repo rate is decreased bank ask customer to pay 5k + taxes for normal the interest rate.
