Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Compose and paginate content in Adobe InDesign according to project templates and client style guides.
Export composed pages as PDFs using high-quality printer settings.
Proofread and cross-check the PDF against the quality checklist and project-specific plan.
Incorporate QC corrections into InDesign files and regenerate updated PDFs.
Coordinate with the QC team to ensure all corrections are verified and approved.
Ensure accuracy in art, text, layout, and formatting.
Submit first proof files to the client after QC approval.
Perform rework as required based on client or QC feedback.
Maintain version control and organized file management throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign (mandatory).
Working knowledge of Acrobat, Illustrator, and Photoshop (preferred).
Excellent attention to detail and typographical accuracy.
Ability to interpret and implement client layout and design requirements.
Good communication and time management skills.
