InDesign Compositor

You will be responsible for pagination of books and journals using InDesign with 3 - 5 years of experience. Knowledge in books is preferred, and experience in Final Quality Check (QC) is an added advantage. Candidates with XML Workflow experience are mandatory. You must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a publishing company and have worked as a Paginator for clients. It is essential to have a good understanding of Adobe InDesign and the ability to create templates. You should be capable of creating templates from sample PDFs, hard copies, and written specifications. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing documents, processing metrics, and dispatching allocated pages on a daily basis. Basic understanding of XML tags and content is required, along with proficiency in Adobe Acrobat application. Being target-oriented, detail-oriented, and a team player is crucial for this role.
