About the Role:
Way2Class is seeking an experienced InDesign Compositor to join our team in Dehradun. The ideal candidate will manage print-ready and digital publishing workflows and work closely with LMS/CMS teams to build reusable templates and automated PDF generation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and format structured print and digital layouts
• Work with XML/HTML for automated publishing
• Ensure accuracy in typesetting and layout QA
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (LMS, CMS, and content)

Requirements:

• 3–10 years of experience in publishing or digital production
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, XML, HTML, and MathType/InMath
• Strong knowledge of typesetting and book/journal composition
