Beacon Advisory Group is #scouting for #IndependentDirectors, specifically seeking two individuals, with a preference for senior professionals at the Member level (Projects / Technical / PPP) from NHAI or Railways, or former CEOs / Directors of Companies working on large-scale road and Railway Projects.
The constitution of the Board is towards the larger part of the transformation of Culture, Learning & Development in the client company. The current Company Board comprises of a very Senior Indian Bureaucrat of the rank of Additional Chief Secretary, a very Senior Banker (Former CMD of a Nationalised Bank). The client company is IPO bound, is a four-decade-strong company in engineering products ( Forging, Casting, Fabrication, Galvanisation ) for Renewable, Transmission, Transport (road n railway ) & Agriculture sector.Request for competent & interested professionals to apply for the same.
