We are currently seeking experienced S/4 HANA QM Professionals with 12-15 years of experience for the following areas: LEAN Business Process Architect (BPA) Role Description and Responsibilities: - Represents the global process vision as part of the LEAN solution - Clarifies specific aspects of the Merck business practices where local business requirements need to be globalized - Drives harmonization based on best practice and follows guidelines of the lean template and Clean Core FREE LEAN - Advises product Business Stream Lead on Processes, Technology, and Best Practices - Defines the "To-Be" organizational structure and guarantees process exhaustivity to cover business needs - Works closely with functional process consultants and solution designers - Manages the IT change control process, modeling deviations, and running reports - Guides testing setup and controls global training documentation - Is responsible for innovative processes and compliance with quality standards of the LEAN program - Owns User stories and prioritizes product backlog items Scope of the Mission: - Represents HC-PL2P-QM in LEAN commercial deployment preparation project in USA/Canada, LEAN CMO new plant Project in Northern Ireland, and LEAN QM Change Requests follow-up and delivery Required Skills: - Very good English written and verbal communication - Senior SAP S/4 Hana QM Consultant with 9 years of experience - Experience with SAP satellite systems and interfaces (e.g., LIMS) - Experience with BTP is a plus - GxP Multicultural environment, Pharma experience is a plus - Demonstrating mission ownership, with Self-leading and pro-active behaviors Collaboration And Touchpoints: - Stream Leads, Other Streams Business Process Architects (BPAs), Functional Consultants, Local business leaders, Key-Users, Test Manager, Integration manager, Training manager, LEAN Process Owner, Business Process Owner Location: - External consultant will be based in India - Some travel on site might be needed, will be re-imbursed on the actual cost as per client T&E Policy At YASH, you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go while working in an inclusive team environment.
