Job Description

As a Tax Analyst at Aon, you will be responsible for focusing on US international tax compliance and planning within the tax department. Your role will involve developing a broad base of knowledge and leadership skills to pave the way for advancement opportunities within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare tax returns including Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, and 1118 - Provide support for foreign tax credit calculation and planning - Analyze and document transactions for accurate tax reporting - Collaborate with various departments to gather information relevant to tax returns and costs - Participate in tax planning projects - Conduct tax technical research - Assist with IRS audits Qualifications Required: - Hold a BS in Finance or Accounting - Possess 3-5 years of full-time experience with exposure to international tax concepts - Strong writing and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment - Proficiency in data analytics tools - Effective communication skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Experience with direct tax systems, such as Corptax, is advantageous - CPA certification is a plus Aon fosters a diverse and inclusive work environment and offers a comprehensive benefits package to support its colleagues.
