Incubation Operations Intern

As an Operations Intern at AspireLabs, you will play a crucial role in supporting waste management operations. You will be involved in various aspects of waste management such as collection, sorting, recycling, and disposal. Your proactive and motivated approach will contribute to the optimization of operational processes and workflows to promote environmental sustainability and waste reduction within the community. Your responsibilities will include assisting in organizing and coordinating waste collection schedules and routes, supporting waste sorting and recycling initiatives, conducting waste audits, analyzing data for improvement, providing logistical support for waste disposal activities, and maintaining accurate records related to waste management activities. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and contribute to outreach and education efforts. To excel in this role, you should be currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or a recent graduate in fields like Environmental Science, Sustainability, or Business Administration. Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal abilities are essential. Your passion for environmental sustainability and waste management, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications, will be beneficial.
