Key Responsibilities: Fund Operations & Support: Coordinate with external service providers (fund administrators, custodians, auditors, brokers) to ensure smooth daily fund operations. Review and reconcile NAV statements, trade confirmations, fee calculations, and investor reports. Support the setup, launch, and ongoing administration of sub-funds under the VCC. Portfolio & Trade Support: Assist with execution support, trade booking, and maintaining portfolio data. Monitor portfolio performance, exposures, and reporting metrics. Prepare internal portfolio dashboards and assist in regular portfolio reviews. Compliance & Regulatory Support: Assist in compiling data and documents for MAS reporting obligations (e.g., Form 1, Form 25) under CMS license requirements. Maintain compliance registers and operational documentation aligned with Singapore regulatory standards. Coordinate with Singapore-based compliance officers and assist in internal policy implementation. Investor Relations Support: Assist with investor onboarding, including KYC/AML checks in coordination with fund administrator or compliance consultants. Prepare investor reports, factsheets, and distribution notices as required. Maintain investor contact records and support investor query management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 4–5 years of experience in fund operations, asset management, or financial services (preferably supporting offshore funds). Familiarity with Singapore’s CMS-licensed fund management framework and the VCC structure is a strong advantage. Working knowledge of fund accounting, NAV reconciliation, and compliance processes. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and portfolio tools. Self-starter with the ability to work independently while coordinating across time zones Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting Singapore fund managers or offshore fund structures (e.g., VCC, Cayman, Luxembourg). Experience in liaising with fund administrators and other service providers. Additional certifications such as CFA (any level), CAIA, or CPA are a plus.

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB: The UI and UX Designer is responsible to both the customer experience as well as overall website success. He or she is responsible to improve the website experience for visitors and users to a particular site each day: 1) the creative design of a site; 2) the ease of searching for particular information on a site and 3) links between pages. This position understands the big picture; he or she will design the organisational structure behind a website and make certain interactive components of a site can be achieved. He/ she is a skilled programmer, creative and on top of the latest industry and cultural trends. RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify users’ needs and understand how users consume and navigate content Plan and design the information architecture for the website or app; what information should go where; which elements are more important and should be given priority Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to develop a core understanding of user personas Conduct research to identify user needs. Designs to the user experience, marking them as one of the most important experts that can affect whether the company website will go viral or languish in Internet limbo. Design and prototype elegant solutions for web and mobile apps. Create graphical menu user interfaces which will communicate the relevant information required in order to guide the users and improve the total overall user experience Create a well-organized, value-driven framework for implementing sturdy UX design Build prototypes of creative design concepts; build an idea and test it out on the web Work within brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce a brand’s style or voice through its visual touch-points Combine UX thinking with design execution, to produce usable and intuitive user interfaces Plan and run user tests Communicate and execute design solutions to stakeholders QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in business information technology, e-commerce, digital marketing or related disciplines At least 5 years in UI and UX architectural design and implementation Have worked as a consultant in the related field, sufficient experience on a multitude of projects namely commercial websites and platforms. Team player able to actively listen, take verbal instruction and extrapolate it to create concrete web content. Patience is always required during the beta testing process of any website and flexibility is a must.
