Income Tax Litigation- Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Income Tax Litigation- Executive located in Kolkata. The executive will be responsible for preparing legal documents/reply to income tax notices, assisting in providing income tax legal advice. Day-to-day tasks include drafting and reviewing legal documents, representing clients in legal matters, and coordinating with legal teams and clients to ensure proper handling of tax litigation cases.

 Qualifications

Must have

1-2 years exposure in income tax advisory/litigation

Keen interest to research on income tax topics

Good with written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Good to have

Relevant certifications and departmental experience in tax litigation are plus

Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
