Requirements: - Graduation in Commerce or Post-graduation in Accounting and Finance. - Skill Set required: Federal/SALT/RE/Hedge Funds/BCM/Insurance/1120 RIC. - 3+ years of experience in the FS industry. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office software. - Adherence to risk management and compliance procedures. - Active involvement in facilitating FS training. - Quick grasp of various automation tools and ability to train team members. - Punctuality in meeting deadlines and working efficiently. - Effective communication skills and active listening. - Commitment to diversity and inclusiveness. - Positive attitude, collaboration, and teamwork. - Ability to achieve target utilization set by the firm. - Ability to lead a team effectively. Additional Information: - Must be committed, adaptive, and flexible to work extended hours as per business requirements. Promotion to Manager in the Tax department necessitates holding an active primary credential, such as a US CPA or foreign equivalent, US Enrolled Agent in good standing, or a Firm-approved Secondary Credential. For Manager candidates in the process of obtaining the credential, it is essential to complete the credential exams and maintain an up-to-date credential record upon onboarding.
