Currently, we are looking for an Incident Manager to join our team. As an Incident Manager at MoneyGram, you will play a crucial role in the administration, support, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of IT Service Support applications used by our organization for Incident, Problem, Request, and Change Management. Your responsibilities will include providing guidance on software usage and capabilities, creating documentation to enhance efficiency, identifying key performance indicators for proactive solutions, and serving as the application owner for IT service support. You will collaborate with vendors to facilitate upgrades, follow industry best practices, and drive continuous improvements in the tools. Your day-to-day tasks will involve administering and troubleshooting service support applications, implementing patches, providing second-level support for various departments, analyzing data, preparing reports, developing new concepts, monitoring service and productivity levels, creating custom reports, and ensuring that the IT service support application functionality aligns with established processes. You will also lead training sessions for individuals at all levels of the organization and work on technical support issues, including on-call responsibilities as needed. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of a BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience and at least 3 years of SQL Server experience. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and experience with building custom reports and SQL queries are essential. You should be detail-oriented, able to prioritize tasks, work independently, and communicate technical information effectively to non-technical personnel. Experience with workflow applications and willingness to work night shifts are preferred.
