Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve technical incidents
  • Ready to work 24X7
  • Troubleshoot complex issues related to trading platforms/ financial systems
  • Collaborate with development, operations, and technical teams (infrastructure, network, database) to resolve incidents
  • Coordinate with technical teams to identify root causes and implement fixes
  • Ensure timely resolution and meet SLAs
  • Provide updates to stakeholders on incident status and resolution 

Required Skills:

  • Trading platforms and financial systems experience
  • Operating systems (Windows, Linux)
  • Hands on Monitoring tools and incident management tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and coordination skills 

Preferred Skills:

AppDynamics experience (added advantage) 

Experience and Qualifications:

    • Any Graduate
    • years of experience in incident management
    • ITIL Foundation certification desirable
