Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inbound Tour Executive, based in Kochi, with the flexibility to work from home on certain days. The Inbound Tour Executive will be responsible for planning and managing tours, designing detailed itineraries, coordinating guided tours, and ensuring an excellent travel experience for clients. The role involves regular communication with clients, partners, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of travel plans and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Tour Planning, Itineraries, and Guided Tours
• Strong skills in Tour Management and coordination
• Excellent verbal and written Communication abilities
• Ability to work in both office and remote settings as part of a hybrid role
• Knowledge of India’s cultural and geographical diversity is an advantage
• Passion for creating memorable and meaningful travel experiences
• Experience in the travel or tourism industry is preferred
