In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound tour packages, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that every aspect of the tour is seamless and enjoyable for our international guests. Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and manage inbound tours to ensure all client needs are met. Coordinate with suppliers (hotels, transport services, etc.) to confirm bookings and ensure quality service. Act as the primary point of contact for international clients before, during, and after their travel. Provide timely and accurate itineraries to clients and answer any inquiries related to their trip. Ensure all visa requirements, travel documentation, and necessary permits are prepared. Handle any issues or special requests during the travel experience. Work closely with the sales team to tailor packages based on customer preferences and budgets. Monitor and report on tour progress, identifying areas for improvement. Stay up-to-date on tourism trends, cultural activities, and local attractions to enhance the client experience. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field (preferred). Minimum 2 years of experience in inbound tourism or travel planning will be preferred.
