Inbound Sales Expert – Industrial Goods (Printing & Packaging Sector)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales inquiries and provide product information to potential clients
• Generate Proforma Invoices (PI) using MS Office and Copilot tools
• Coordinate with import teams and maintain basic documentation
• Communicate effectively with clients in English
• Support marketing initiatives and contribute to sales strategy

Desired Qualifications & Skills

• Basic understanding of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and import procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to use Copilot for document generation
• Strong verbal communication skills in English
• Educational background in Btech/Mtech
• MBA would be an additional preference (Marketing preferred)
• Self-driven, organized, and eager to learn

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,157.73 - ₹22,000.00 per month
