About the Role:
Grand Eventyr, a leading name in event management and travel solutions, is hiring for Inbound Head and Outbound Head (Operations) roles. These positions involve managing travel operations, vendor coordination, and client servicing — while also driving business growth through proactive sales.

We’re looking for energetic professionals who can take charge of their division (Inbound or Outbound), ensure smooth operations, and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily travel operations (domestic or international).
• Generate leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
• Build and maintain relationships with hotels, DMCs, and other travel partners.
• Create customized itineraries based on client needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Meet monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Handle client queries and escalations professionally.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in travel operations and sales (inbound or outbound).
• Strong destination knowledge — domestic for inbound, international for outbound.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Sales-focused mindset with a passion for travel and hospitality.
