Roles & Responsibilities*

• Handle domestic & international travel packages
• Plan and execute inbound & outbound tours end-to-end
• Customize itineraries as per client requirements
• Manage bookings: flights, hotels, transport & activities
• Communicate with clients and resolve travel queries
• Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and service partners
• Prepare travel documents: tickets, vouchers & invoices
• Generate leads and convert them into sales
• Maintain client relationships and provide customer support
• Keep records updated and share reports with management
• Promote travel packages through digital platforms
