Test Strategy and Planning Develop and implement test strategies, define objectives , scope, and schedules, and mitigate risks, with a focus on Microsoftbased solutions.
Team Leadership and Management Lead, mentor, and manage the test team, conduct performance reviews, and foster a positive team environment.
Test Execution and Oversight Oversee test plans, ensure efficient execution, track defects, and provide status reports.
Quality Assurance Establish and enforce QA processes, improve testing methodologies, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Collaboration and Communication Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, communicate results and risks, and facilitate meetings.
Test Automation Implement and maintain test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium with C#, MSTest , and Azure DevOps, to improve test coverage and integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
Documentation and Reporting Maintain comprehensive documentation of test plans, test cases, test results, and defects. Prepare detailed test reports and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the testing process and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Proven experience as a Test Manager or in a similar role, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies.
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks, such as Selenium with C#, MSTest , and Azure DevOps.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problemsolving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices is a plus.
