IN_RBIN_Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager_Sustainability and Energy Management_NaP/FCM

The purpose of this position is to develop, implement and monitor sustainability initiatives and practices within the plant by reducing resource consumption and promoting renewable energy usage to enhance the overall sustainability performance and minimize the environmental impact of plant operations.

Oversee, manage and finding alternative for scope-1 and scope-2 emission used for the organization to ensure Carbon free plant

GHG emission reduction Green energy mix and adherence of target deployment

Identify, assess and implement project management processes for energy efficiency projects in the plant and reduce energy consumption

Timely delivery as per project charter Investment fulfillment

.

Promote, develop the framework for managing energy consumption, providing technical and management strategies to increase energy efficiency, reduce costs, and improve environmental performance and manage ISO-50001 system

Energy cost per piece EnPI effectiveness Audit observation

• Conducting inhouse/external energy audits
• Implementation of Energy projects
• Energy Management monthly MIS (Specific Energy Consumption & cost per pc )
• Energy metering/mapping and Certification of Energy Saving projects
• Power Quality audit/monitoring ( Harmonics ,PF & distribution loss monitoring)
• Energy Management system training of Associates, Engineers and Contract Employees
• Compliance of yearly ISO50001 audit by External Auditor
• Adopting Agile methods to drive Energy projects (SCRUM)

Formulate the process of data management for using resources like Energy, Water and waste generated data.

Timely reporting of data Resource Maturity matrix

Solar PV plant Operation and maintenance -Capacity 13.6 MWp

• Monitoring Performance ratio of Solar plant
• Oversee the PM schedule compliance
• Solar Generation MIS
• Solar inverters maintenance, VCB, Transformer PMI
• Solar plant SCADA system maintenance
• Spares management
• Coordinate & Ensure all legal & statutory requirements are fulfilled as per timeline
• Ensure health and safety compliance, 5's at workplace, compliance to audit points, HSE audits

Sustainability

Oversee, manage and finding alternative for scope-1 and scope-2 emission used for the organization to ensure Carbon free plant.

• Leading Sustainability Management program, conducting in-house energy audits, Good exposer on Sustainability and have been implemented the projects on Sustainability
• Maintaining CO2 Neutrality status
• Purchasing IREC & CC
• Green Power Purchase through Open access
• Decarbonization drive and maintain the roadmap

Digitalization

• Carrying out Digitalization projects in Facility Management
• Integrated Energy Platform (IEP ) maintenance & development
• Implementing AI/IOT/+ Projects

Qualifications

B.Tech / B.E Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

Relevant experience: 5-6 years

• Proficient in Energy analytics and advanced in single line diagram for interpretation
• Competent in Sustainability project and project management (GHG emission calculations)
• Proficient in Analyzing the potential for Energy, scope-1, Scope-2 and scope-3 and knowledge of the environmental social responsibility
• Competent in Digitalization, Connectivity and Industry 4.0 processes and Proficient in Econ forums with Internal & External Authorities

Competency requirements: Functional skills

• Good written and oral communication
