In data analysis at PwC, you will focus on utilising advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive datadriven decisionmaking. You will leverage skills in data manipulation, visualisation, and statistical modelling to support clients in solving complex business problems.

Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute RGM strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability for clients in the CPG/FMCG sector.

Offer expert insights and recommendations on pricing, promotions, trade spend effectiveness, and assortment optimization.

Lead the development of RGM frameworks and methodologies tailored to client needs.

Client Engagement

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in RGM, providing thought leadership and strategic guidance to clients.

Foster strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, understanding their business challenges and opportunities.

Present complex data and insights in a clear, actionable manner to drive decisionmaking.

Project Delivery

Oversee the delivery of data and analytics projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and project goals.

Utilize advanced analytics and tools to derive insights and drive performance improvements.

Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Team Leadership

Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and RGM professionals.

Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

Provide guidance and support to team members in their professional development.

Business Development

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the R&C sector.

Develop and present proposals and pitches to prospective clients, showcasing the value of RGM services.

Collaborate with the business development team to achieve growth targets.

Qualifications

Proven track record in a leading consultancy (MBB/Big4/Accenture) or in a marketing/Sales & Distribution role within the industry.

Strong understanding of RGM principles, including pricing strategies, trade promotion optimization, and assortment planning.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives.

Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience managing and developing teams.

Proficiency in data analytics tools and methodologies.

Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Skills & Competencies

Strategic thinking and problemsolving skills .

Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.

Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.

High level of emotional intelligence and client empathy.

Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
