IN_Bosch Rexroth India_Deputy Manager / Manager_Planning, Procurement & Order Management

1. Leading end to end supply chain function - focus area Demand Planning, Production Planning and Material Procurement from local and overseas vendors
2. Manage customer orders and delivery fulfillment, regularly reviewing schedule planning with LOPX team to ensure timely deliveries and alignment with customer requirements
3. Steer inventory control across raw materials, work in progress, and finish goods, ensuring inventory levels meet targets while implementing measures to mitigate risks and address shortfalls
4. Conduct comprehensive demand planning, comparing internal and external capacities against demand forecast over a rolling 12-month horizon, ensuring the required level of detail is maintained
5. Plan child parts, semi-finished goods, and subcontracted parts in line with production schedules and stocking plans, ensuring the smooth flow of materials into the production process
6. Provide accurate forecasts and schedules to suppliers, managing demand planning and order transmission through EDI or SAP to ensure material availability aligns with production needs
7. Lead new project or product launches with suppliers, realizing necessary milestones as per the project timeline and escalating any deviations from plan to ensure smooth execution
8. Coordinate with IPN for sales order management, ensuring timely communication and order processing, especially for allocation, end of production, and start of production cases
9. Receive customer orders from LOP and prepare execution schedules ensuring a levelled production plan is created that aligns with overall capacity and demand forecasts
10. Lead and coordinate internal production and delivery fulfillment, driving levelling and production planning to meet internal requirements and minimize logistics disruptions

Qualifications

B.E. Mechanical with 12 - 16 years of experience

Preferred Skills:

? SAP -PP ,MM and SD
? Team leading +15 years experience ? Know how function : Production Planning ,Procurement and Customer order process , Import /Export , Custom clearance expertise .
