In_BIDP1_Senior Engineer/Asst Manager_TEF3 (Maintenance - Electronics)

Responsibility

- Maintenance of Production machines, equipment for Special processes and Test equipment, HT and ST Shop (Electrical, Electronics, & Instrumentation)
- Corrective, Preventive, Predictive Maintenance and TPM

Requirements - Essential

- Routine breakdown Maintenance of PLC, CNC, Special purpose machines in all shifts
- Lead and Guide Blue Collar Associates in all Shifts - Knowledge of usage of SAP ERP : PM,MM,modules and MS office - In-depth Knowledge on PLC s ,CNC's and HMI viz Siemens , Rexroth , Fanuc - Handling Software backup management of Electronic Control Systems. - Knowledge on Assembly techniques such as Pressing and Bolting Systems - Knowledge on Industrial Vision systems such as Bosch Neuro check, Keyence and Cognex - Knowledge on Various types of Scanners, Bar code, 2D Matrix scanning for Traceability application - Use of various diagnostics tools and PG with variety of software like Rexroth Indrawork software and Bolting system, Siemens S7-200,300, TIA portal, RS232 communication, Profi communication and Vision software. - Monitor and control Technical loss, MTTR, MTBF, Repeat breakdowns analysis, response time and cost reduction projects.

Requirements - Desirable

- Knowledge on networking, IT infrastructure and
Connectivity of Machines, - Knowledge on Laser marking and welding machines machines - Knowledge on Industrial Robots such as Fanuc, ABB, Staubli Software programming, configuration setting - Hands on experience on use of backup & recovery tools - Good Presentation and Communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, electronics, instrumentation)

2-5 years in Manufcturing/ Production Industry

. Advance knowledge and understanding of Mechanical elements, Pneumatic and Hydraulics, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, including Control systems
. Competent in dealing with I4.0 solutions and Data Requirements for Digitization AT, Connected machines, AI, MES, MAS, MSS, Condition Monitoring . Advance knowledge on lean principles, IATF and Safety standards

Functional skills:

. Expert in Diagnosis & Trouble shooting skills of machine elements
. Expert in Root cause identification & correctives Actions, Machine & gauge capability . Exposure of electrical and mechanical safety
