This role involves troubleshooting issues, performing maintenance, and ensuring all equipment operates efficiently. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair kitchen equipment such as ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, and grills. Diagnose mechanical issues and determine the best course of action for repairs. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on kitchen equipment to ensure optimal performance. Keep detailed records of repairs, maintenance, and inspections for inventory management. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with kitchen staff and management. Stay updated on the latest kitchen equipment technology and trends. Skills and Qualifications 3-7 years of experience in repairing and maintaining commercial kitchen equipment. Technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in kitchen appliances. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
