Job Description

The store Promoter position in South India is a full-time role reporting to the Store Manager. As an In-store Promoter, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, promote products, and boost sales within the store. Your role is crucial in creating a positive in-store experience, ensuring customers are well-informed about our offerings, and motivating them to make purchases. You will actively promote and demonstrate products to customers in a clear and engaging manner. By engaging with customers, you will understand their needs, offer appropriate solutions, and highlight product benefits. Your support in achieving sales targets by encouraging customers to purchase promoted items and providing exceptional service is essential. Maintaining a visible and approachable presence on the sales floor is key to attracting customer attention and driving traffic to specific products or promotions. It is important to gain a deep understanding of product features, advantages, and unique selling points to provide accurate and helpful information to customers. You will assist in setting up and executing promotional events or in-store activities aimed at enhancing product awareness and increasing sales. Gathering customer feedback to improve in-store marketing efforts and reporting on customer interests or concerns will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining an organized and visually appealing store layout and ensure promotional materials are up-to-date and products are well-stocked. Collaborating with the store team to ensure smooth operations, contributing to achieving overall store targets, and providing excellent customer service are vital aspects of the role. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with some college experience being a plus. Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Key qualifications include strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to engage and connect with customers positively, a sales-driven mindset, basic knowledge of the product being promoted, and the capability to work independently and as part of a team. A professional and well-groomed appearance in line with company standards is expected. Personal attributes such as being outgoing, friendly, confident, enthusiastic, goal-oriented, flexible, and adaptable are highly valued. The working hours depend on store hours and promotional events, and the job type is full-time, permanent, and open to freshers.
