In-Situ Supervisor / Foreman

As a Laser Equipment Operator, your role involves setting up and operating laser equipment for various applications. Your key responsibilities include: - Using laser tools for Coupling alignment, flatness, boor measurement, and shaft line on different applications - Applying industrial knowledge for the application of laser equipment - Preparing drawings, sketches, verbal or written instructions, and following machining standard operating procedures to produce quality parts - Inspecting parts for conformity, troubleshooting errors, and resolving nonconformity issues - Understanding dimensions and tolerance, interpreting technical drawings, and determining appropriate repair parts and procedures - Maintaining a clean and organized work area daily - Conducting regular inspections and maintenance of laser tools - Assisting the Department Head in costing and standard deliverables - Managing time efficiently and coordinating all assigned tasks - Demonstrating efficient job planning, time scheduling, and adherence to safety equipment and ISO Standards - Performing any other tasks as assigned by the manager or management Experience: - At least 5-6 years of experience in the field of laser application Qualifications: - Diploma/Degree in Engineering Desired Skills: - Proficiency in English and local language - Willingness to work in a stressful environment and travel overseas - Advantageous to have offshore experience and training in BOSIT, CDC - Strong analytical, planning, execution, and problem-solving skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work well in a team, with a positive attitude, integrity, and good organization and time management skills Please note: This job is based in Mumbai, India.,
