Responsibilities

Strong understanding & hands-on experience in CDS views - including data modelling and analytical reporting. Complete ownership of data modeling, architecture designing, implementation

Developing and hands-on experience in RAP ABAP (Architecture, DB Tables, Annotations, Managed & Unmanaged, EML, Actions, methods, Performance tuning) Participate in complex code reviews, debugging and resolution of issues, RCA. - Mandatory

Good experience of the ABAP, OOABAP, RAP, ABAP Unit, Data Dictionary, Function Module, OData & CDS, Performance Tuning. - Mandatory

Experience in developing Odata services (Creating Odata services, Deep Entity), OOABAP(Classes, sections, inheritance, objects, exception, abstract, singleton, polymorphism) and ABAP new syntax (Classical & Kernel BADI, ALV Reports, Classical Report)

Involvement in project work for various SAP modules

Knowledge of BW on Hana or BW4HANA is an added advantage

Interacting with the Architects, Analysts and other IT delivery teams to understand the functional requirements

Developing and implementing changes/enhancements using ABAP technology for the project and aligned to SAP standard

Providing technical input to projects delivering SAP changes to support initial project planning and estimation process

Checking feasibility and designing and developing an optimal solution.
