In-House Technician

Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented In-House Technician to manage the upkeep, repair, and performance of all machinery installed at our recycling and paver block production facility. The ideal candidate will be proficient in mechanical, electrical, and basic automation systems to ensure smooth, uninterrupted production.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine checks, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance on machinery such as:

● Agglomerator

● Extruder

● Compression moulding machine

● Cutter and conveyor systems

● Repair or replace malfunctioning machine parts and ensure minimal downtime.

● Coordinate with external vendors for complex machine issues and procurement of spares.

● Maintain detailed records of repairs, breakdowns, and service logs.

● Ensure all tools and parts are stocked and organized in the maintenance area.

● Implement safety protocols while handling electrical/mechanical systems.

● Assist in new machine installation, calibration, and trial runs.

● Communicate critical issues to the Plant Head and flag potential future breakdowns.

● Ensure compliance with factory maintenance norms and regulatory guidelines.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

● ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

● 2–5 years of hands-on technical experience in manufacturing plants

● Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and thermal systems is a plus

● Basic knowledge of welding, fabrication, or motor rewinding is advantageous

Preventive maintenance adherence 100% scheduled check-ups per month

Downtime response time < 30 minutes for minor faults

Breakdown incidents < 3/month

Machine uptime 95%+ uptime monthly

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
