About the Role:

In-House Sales Executives / Telecallers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage

    pre-sales and post-sales activities

    for multiple regions and dealer accounts.
  • Provide

    sales support during installation

    and product demonstrations.
  • Coordinate with

    delivery and operations teams

    to ensure smooth execution.
  • Generate leads and

    follow up with dealers/customers via telecalling

    .
  • Maintain accurate records and

    update CRM regularly

    .
  • Handle customer queries and ensure

    timely resolution of post-sales issues

    .
  • Assist in achieving

    individual and team sales targets

    .
  • Support

    sales campaigns, promotions, and product launches

  • Communicate with internal teams to

    streamline processes and improve dealer satisfaction

  • Monitor dealer feedback and provide insights to

    improve service quality
