As a SAP consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services across various SAP applications to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of SAP applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

& Summary As a Senior Associate, youll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level position for SAP Basis

System Administration & Maintenance Install, configure, and upgrade SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, NetWeaver, BW, CRM, etc.) Perform SAP client administration (create, copy, delete, export/import) Manage SAP transport management system (TMS) Conduct system refreshes, backups, and disaster recovery tests Monitor system performance and conduct regular health checks Security & Compliance Manage SAP users, roles, and authorizations Ensure system security using SAP and thirdparty tools Maintain compliance with internal and external audit requirements Performance & Troubleshooting Perform performance tuning of SAP applications and databases Troubleshoot and resolve system errors and outages Collaborate with DBA and infrastructure teams for optimal system performance Project & Change Management Participate in SAP upgrades, enhancement pack installations, and patching Support SAP implementation and migration projects Document system configurations and procedures Collaboration & Support Work with crossfunctional teams to support business operations Provide technical support to developers and endusers Participate in oncall rotations and provide 24x7 support during critical periods Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or HANA databases Familiarity with operating systems (Linux, Unix, Windows)
