As a Senior Manager in Global Song - Solution Architecture - Digital Marketing, your main role will be to focus on building business cases to showcase the value proposition that ACN can offer to clients using the Digital Marketing services. Here's a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - Build a quantified value proposition that outlines the expected benefits for clients, such as Revenue Increase, Cost Reductions, and Brand Equity increase, based on client maturity, industry performance, and trends. - Drive the pursuit team, deal team, and clients to buy into the value proposition and incorporate it into client response decks to evolve into outcome-based deals. - Manage a team of 4 value architects, guiding them to deliver innovative business cases and ensuring client buy-in. - Assess the digital marketing operations maturity of clients based on key marketing metrics through client inputs and secondary research. - Maintain and refine industry benchmarks for marketing/digital communication metrics to evaluate client maturity and identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to enhance the value proposition based on ACN's experience in similar industries. - Innovate on the approach and process of building value propositions for clients. Qualifications required for this role include: - Total 13+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, with a deep understanding of common business challenges faced by marketing functions in client organizations and potential resolution strategies. - Familiarity with various tools and technology platforms used in Digital Marketing, with prior hands-on experience in some of them. Ability to help clients maximize benefits from these platforms. - Understanding of industry-specific challenges and the capability to tailor approaches and value propositions accordingly. - Previous experience in developing business value cases and proposals that highlight potential Business Outcome improvements. - Strong quantitative skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. - Desired: Experience in proposal building and sales within Marketing Operations and/or analytics.
