We are looking for a Team Lead - IT Operations to oversee our Technical Operations team, ensuring the monitoring of jobs and servers and secure file transfers. This role requires a strong technical foundation, hands-on troubleshooting skills, and team leadership experience. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, process automation, and team development, ensuring high availability and reliability of mission-critical systems. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and guide the TechOps team. Job & Server Monitoring: Oversee job schedules, detect failures, and ensure uptime. File Transfers: Manage and secure SFTP, MFT, and automated file transfers. Incident Management: Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and improve processes. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations. Required Skills & Qualifications: 6+ years in Technical Operations or IT Infrastructure. 2+ years of people management experience. Strong experience with monitoring tools. Hands-on knowledge of file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, MFT solutions). Basic understanding of cloud platforms and networking fundamentals. Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills. Define and refine incident response and escalation procedures. Preferred Skills: Experience with ITIL processes and incident management. Familiarity with security best practices for operations and data transfers.
