Import Logistic Executive

~Co-ordination with the sales team & planing department.
~ Pre shipment & post shipment details.~ Co-ordination with the clearing agents for the booking details.~ Co-ordination with the brokers & buyer for documents & contract details.~ Co-ordinate with buyer for payment & confirm with account dept.~ Maintaining proper track of all the shipment with data.~Coordinating with the CHA~Talking to suppliers and buyers~Sending trade confirmation~Sending trade contracts~Keeping track on everyday trade activities~Prepare a complete set of Doc.~Pertaining to import Knowledge of pre & post shipment documentation~Follow up samples quality report etc~Keeping vessel updatesStrategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services~Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle~Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers~Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency~Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments~Resolve any arising problems or complaints~Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce~Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets~Strong analytical skills to assess complex logistics systems and make data-driven decisions.~Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills~Good negotiation skills~Good knowledge of Warehousing and Storage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
