Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Import Export Logistics Executive to join our dynamic Purchase & Logistics team. This role involves managing end-to-end documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting domestic and international logistics operations. You will also assist in legal and administrative tasks to ensure smooth and compliant logistics and procurement processes.

Location: Dighi, Pune

Number of Positions: 01 Only.

Salary Range: 15,000 To 20,000 In-hand Per month +PF+ESIC (CTC-2.5 LPA – 3 LPA)

Required Qualifications:

• BBA / MBA in International Business
• OR Anyone with relevant experience in logistics or compliance

Experience: Freshers to 1 years of experience in logistics operations or trade compliance.

Required Skills:

· Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).

· Familiarity with INCOTERMS and international shipping documentation.

· Understanding of logistics and supply chain fundamentals.

· Knowledge of customs clearance, trade compliance, and export-import procedures.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

· Good organizational and coordination abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communication & Coordination – Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and shipping agents to ensure smooth logistics operations and timely updates.
• Documentation & Compliance – Prepare, maintain, and file import-export, customs, and compliance documents accurately.
• Legal & Administrative Support – Manage regulatory documents, assist in legal paperwork, and ensure statutory compliance.
• Purchase Support – Handle order processing, vendor coordination, and delivery tracking with timely follow-ups.
