About the Company

A leading shipping and logistics company with expertise in international freight forwarding, customs clearance, and cargo handling. We are looking for a detail-oriented Import Export Documentation Executive to strengthen our operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and handle import and export shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Airway Bill, Shipping Bill, Bill of Entry, etc.).
• Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and airlines for timely document submission.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, DGFT, and port requirements.
• File documents through EDI/ICEGATE portal for clearance.
• Manage pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation for smooth operations.
• Track shipments and update clients on status.
• Liaise with internal teams for documentation accuracy.

Requirements

• Graduate (Commerce / Logistics background preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in import/export documentation, preferably in a shipping or freight forwarding company.
• Knowledge of customs, EXIM procedures, and shipping documents.
• Good communication and MS Excel skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
