About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Implementation Specialist to join our SEG team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation. This role requires a strong understanding of digital payment systems, regulatory compliance, and technical integration processes. What Will You Do in this Role: Implementation of product across Credit, Debit, Prepaid, UPI, IMPS, ACS, FRM, Connect products. Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Compliance, Operations) and external stakeholders (NPCI, Banks, Fintechs). Manage project timelines, documentation, and go-live activities. Conduct system integration testing (SIT), UAT support, and production rollout. Provide technical and functional support during onboarding and post-implementation. CUG Support - Monitor transaction ows and troubleshoot issues in coordination with connect dvlp team on need basis What Youll Need to be Successful in this Role Bachelors degree in engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or related eld. Excellent project management and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
