Implementation Specialist 1

Role Overview: You will be responsible for processing the onboarding requests for new customers and performing maintenance tasks for existing customers. Your accountability lies in ensuring proper processes and procedures are followed in accordance with HireRight legal, contracts, and compliance procedures whenever an account is created or updated. Key Responsibilities: - Perform set up and maintain customer accounts. - Collaborate with internal departments and customers as needed for account setup requirements and seek assistance or support when necessary. - Accountable for account setup processes and contribute regularly to program improvements. - Troubleshoot setup errors and implement effective solutions. - Meet expected SLAs as determined by management, managing all assigned cases to timely completion. - Identify potential pitfalls, develop solutions to avoid customer impact, and proactively address/correct issues. - Provide superior customer service to both internal and external customers. - Lead or participate in small special projects, provide input, analyze data, and perform necessary tasks. Qualifications: - High School Diploma required. - High level experience in using HireRight Systems would be desirable. - College degree preferred. - Minimum of two years related experience preferred.
