Key Responsibilities :
Track and manage IT assets using internal tools and support audits.Assist in identifying hardware/software requirements and procurement.Provide troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.Maintain documentation for assets, processes, and resolutions.Collaborate with the IT team to ensure efficient system operations.
Qualifications Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). Relevant certifications is a plus.
Experience: 0-2 years in IT support or asset management (internships acceptable).
Skills: Basic knowledge of IT asset management, troubleshooting, and organizational skills. Familiarity with tools like Excel.
Good communication and eagerness to learn.Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused. Working Conditions Office-based, with occasional equipment handling.
Standard hours with flexibility for urgent IT needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
