Implementation Engineer Trainee

Summary/ Objective:

Responsible for contributing to project teams, troubleshooting operational issues, providing technical solutions to operational problems, new product implementation, implementing existing products and services and the overall upkeep and maintenance of designated areas of engineering.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in the implementation and integration of our payment solutions
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues
• Learn and grow with expert mentorship and structured training

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interest in technology and client-facing roles
• Basic understanding of APIs, web technologies, or programming concepts
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative

Preferred Education, Experience and Skillsets:

1. Candidate must have minimum educational qualifications of

   BE/BTech in CSE/IT

   or equivalent.
