Implementation Consultant - BMC Remedy

As an Implementation Consultant for BMC Remedy, your role will involve utilizing your expertise in BMC Helix and Remedy ITSM to provide effective solutions to customers. Your responsibilities will include: - Hands-on experience with BMC Helix for a minimum of two years. - Installation of BMC Helix on new hardware or cloud platforms. - Integration of BMC Helix with various other platforms. - Prior experience in Remedy ITSM administration would be an added advantage. Mandatory qualifications include being a Remedy ITSM Developer with experience in upgrades. Knowledge of BMC Remedy upgrades is essential. Desired qualifications for this role include: - Ability to comprehend customer requirements and offer solutions in the ITSM module. - Development in ITSM Incident Management (IM), Change Management (CM), Problem Management (PM) modules as per project needs. - Development of web service integrations and conducting unit testing. - Providing end-to-end integration testing support for developed functionalities. - Assisting in the deployment process, including performing sanity testing. - Resolving defects and familiarity with SOAP UI. - Unix knowledge is preferred, and experience in ITSM upgrade projects is advantageous.,
