Implant Specialist Coordination - Administrative Assistant

Role Overview: As an Administrative Assistant Implant Specialist Coordination, your primary responsibility will be to act as the main communication point between implant companies, doctors, and the dental lab. You will be required to track and manage implant cases from start to delivery, ensuring timely dispatch, pickups, and follow-ups with clinics and suppliers. Additionally, you will be coordinating internally with the design, production, and dispatch teams, assisting the implant specialist and lab manager in daily administrative tasks, and preparing and updating reports on implant cases, billing, and communication logs. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the main communication point between implant companies, doctors, and the dental lab - Track and manage implant cases from start to delivery - Ensure timely dispatch, pickups, and follow-ups with clinics and suppliers - Coordinate internally with the design, production, and dispatch teams - Assist the implant specialist and lab manager in daily administrative tasks - Prepare and update reports on implant cases, billing, and communication logs Qualification Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental clinic, lab, or healthcare admin role - Excellent communication and coordination skills - Basic understanding of dental implant terminology preferred - Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with multitasking - Proficient in MS Office / Google Sheets - Fluent in English and Hindi (Marathi an added advantage),
