Immigration Visa Documentation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete documentation process for Canada immigration programs .
• Collect, verify, and organize client documents as per visa category requirements.
• Review application forms and supporting documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with clients regularly for missing information or clarification.
• Stay updated on IRCC policies, procedures, and documentation changes.
• Assist in preparing cover letters, SOPs, and other supporting documents.
• Track application progress and provide timely updates to clients.
• Maintain accurate client records and case files.
• Liaise with relevant authorities or consultants as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: immigration studies, business, or related).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Canada immigration or visa documentation.
• Strong understanding of Canada visa categories and documentation requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple files efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
