Role Overview:

United States, United Kingdom, and APAC countries

Key Responsibilities:

Visa & Immigration Management:

Coordinate and process work visas, permits, and immigration documentation for US, UK, and APAC regions.
Liaise with immigration vendors and government authorities to ensure timely approvals.
Track visa expirations and initiate renewals proactively.

Compliance & Policy Adherence:

Ensure compliance with global immigration regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and reporting.

Employee Support:

Act as a point of contact for employees on visa-related queries.
Provide guidance on immigration timelines, requirements, and processes.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Global Mobility teams to align immigration processes with business needs.
Coordinate with external vendors for case management and escalations.

Reporting & Analytics:

Prepare regular reports on visa status, processing timelines, and compliance metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum
23 years of experience
in global immigration processes, specifically for
US, UK, and APAC
.
Strong understanding of visa categories (e.g., H-1B, L-1, Tier 2, Employment Pass, etc.).
Familiarity with immigration compliance and documentation requirements.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
