Immigration Sales Training Manager

As a Counselor at our company, your role involves knowing the counselling process and providing guidance to clients while demonstrating knowledge of our products. You should have the ability to build strong relationships with clients for future references and increase the company's sales. Your responsibilities will include resolving and managing client issues, as well as training newly hired Counselors on product knowledge. Key Responsibilities: - Provide regular training to the current team to enhance their skills. - Identify training needs within the team and ensure training effectiveness by monitoring and making necessary adjustments. - Stay updated on immigration rules and market trends to deliver relevant training. - Conduct in-person training sessions at branches. - Mentor team members to improve their customer communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills. - Oversee the overall performance of the branches. - Set targets for branches and assist them in achieving their goals. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in counselling and sales. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build client relationships. - Excellent training and mentoring abilities. - Knowledge of immigration rules and market trends is a plus.
